The spacious living room was used for the ceremony. The bay window was a veritable bower for a bank of ferns form the background, while curtains of smilax hung gracefully from overhead. The bride’s gown was a creation of cream satin, veiled with chiffon embroidered in rosebuds. The trimmings were real lace and pearl fringe. The long bridal veil was fastened with lilies of the valley and maidenhair ferns. She carried a shower bouquet of bride’s roses and lilies of the valley.
